I’m Satyam Altunel, a Transformative and High-Performance Mental Coach, specializing through deep somatic, emotional, and attachment work.
I don’t offer quick fixes, mindset hacks, or surface-level advice. I work at the root, where nervous system patterns and emotional wounds first took hold, using an integrative approach grounded in Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and emotional integration.
This isn’t theory for me, I’ve lived it. I know the ache of unmet needs and the cycle of seeking safety outside yourself. My work guides you to the source of your patterns, helping you release fear and insecurity, and step into emotional independence and clarity.
My role is not to keep you dependent, but to equip you with the tools, structure, and presence to meet life and love with confidence.

In my work, I guide people into deep and lasting healing by addressing the root cause of anxious attachment, not just managing symptoms or patterns, but transforming them from within.
Anxious attachment is not a flaw, it’s a deeply intelligent adaptation formed in early relational experiences, often driven by inconsistent emotional attunement, loss, or fear. It lives not only in the mind, but in the nervous system, the body, and the emotional memory. That’s why lasting change requires more than insight, it requires a full-spectrum, embodied approach.
Over many years of my own inner journey and transformation, I have developed a method that weaves together powerful modalities such as:

What makes this work effective is its precision and depth. I help you efficiently access the root of the anxiety or the other emotions you are experiencing, the exact place where your system first learned that connection isn’t safe or secure. From there, we gain a clear understanding of your emotional architecture: why you function the way you do, what’s driving your reactions, and how to gently rewire those patterns.
But insight alone isn’t enough. That’s why I use my knowledge which I gained with being myself for many years on the transformative journey and targeted techniques drawn from multiple approaches and my intuitive way of working with people, to resolve these issues at the root. Only when the wound is addressed where it started, transformation becomes possible and lasting.
Conscious Awareness & Self-Regulation
While change doesn’t happen overnight, what does shift quickly is your awareness and capacity. You’ll receive concrete tools that allow you to:
• Understand exactly what’s happening in you, in real time
• Recognize when old attachment responses are triggered (especially by a partner, a perceived loss, or fear)
• Stay connected to your body, instead of overwhelmed by emotion
• Respond with clarity instead of reacting from pain
This is not about “fixing” you, it’s about returning you to your natural wholeness.
The Power of Emotion
A central pillar of my work is emotional clarity and integration. Many people live disconnected from their true emotions, are overwhelmed by them or misidentify them altogether. Sometimes, what feels like sadness can be actually anger. What shows up as grief or helplessness can be emotional pain.
I guide you into a direct, embodied understanding of:
• What emotions truly are
• Which emotions are most active (or suppressed) in your system
• How to feel them without being consumed by them
• And most importantly, how to use emotion as a gateway to regulation, insight, and transformation
I have learned that emotions aren’t obstacles, they’re the language of your body’s truth. When fully felt and understood, they become allies in your healing.
This Is Somatic Work:
Everything I do is grounded in the body. Real healing doesn’t happen in the mind alone, it happens when you reconnect with your felt sense, your nervous system, and your inner world as it lives in the body. From there, safety becomes an internal resource, not something you must chase in others.
I come myself from an anxious attachment type. Therefore I can totally understand and especially see you in what you are going through and in your pain, insecurities and everything what it brings with it.
